Druidical black ambient
A return of England’s blackened monastery, Emit. Publishing under the title of Hammemit for a number of years, “Spectre Music of an Antiquary” is Emit’s first release since 2009. Not a complete return to Emit’s black noise of yore, but a more eerily haunting passage of druidical black ambient into the folklore of Southern England.
Glorious North Productions
Helledéofol’s first release, compromising tracks from various unreleased demos. Reminiscent of the chaotic approach of Emit on the earlier tracks, to a more subsided Ashes (uk) appeal on the latter side. UK black metal limited to 50 handnumbered copies
Thy Dying Light
Thy Dying Light, an obscure entity from Northern Enland, offering their final release, as a limited wooden boxset. May the cold Northern Winds blow once more. Black metal in the vein of old. Glorious North Productions’ only release of 2016, exclusively released at this years Blackwood Gathering, with a limited amount of stock retained for website purchases. A wooden chest containing cassette tape and 6 individual inlay cards. Limited to 20 units only. With art by Will Helm, we are proud to have his art once again adorn another of our releases.
Format: Cassette Tape
Glorious North Productions (North 018, 2013)
Tomhet’s fourth full length album, now available on cassette tape. Tomhet originally caught my attention years back, with ‘ A Dark Serenity’. Black metal, not without it’s flaws, and a rather ‘basic’ rawness applied, something captured my attention and I stuck with him. To see how Tomhet has evolved over the years is quite miraculous, adding a variety of elements, eventually creating a perfect parallel of black metal and ambient Not to be dismissed as your regular 1-man black metal. A true reflection of mental hell. Cassette tape is limited to 300 hand numbered copies
